After a long gluttonus holiday break, I am back with a new inquiry.

I don’t know about you, but since Thanksgiving I have been focused on warm, cozy food and less concerned with putting good nutrient rich foods into my body. I am starting to feel it too! Sluggish, worn out, digestion issues and so on.

I need to to find some motivation, some small steps to get back on track and feeling strong and healthy and ready to carpe me some diem! 🙂 Problem is, it is cold outside! I am not super interested in eating cold salad and cold raw foods, even though I know I feel so much better when I do. So here we go…

The holiday season is upon us! Many of us are bustling about, decorating and planning, buying and wrapping. But there are a lot of people who are overwhelmed with discouragement at this time of year.
